Returns and exchanges are the only options we offer. Refunds are not available on returns.

We make all of our items to order, which is why they take so long. Why is that? So we can do our part for the environment! As part of our efforts to reduce waste globally, we don’t mass produce or store items in large quantities. The only thing we print out is what has been ordered, and we’d like to keep it like that. With that in mind, please ensure you have entered all of your information correctly before paying.

Unwanted items will not be accepted for return.

The measurements of each item can be obtained upon request, and size information is provided with each item. Most (if not all) items come with a chart listing the exact measurements of each size in the item’s photo. Send us a message on our Facebook page if you have any questions using the contact us form provided.

Although it can be challenging to gauge the size with this information, especially if the item is a gift, the item can be returned if necessary for exchange. However, the item must be authorized for return. Refer to the following info.

Item customizations, special order requests, and products with design changes CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR ANY REASON

Personalized items found to be faulty must be reported as soon as they are received, and a replacement will be provided. The return of unauthorized items will not be accepted.

If you would like to return an item, we will allow you to do so in the following circumstances:


We will exchange the size or design of any unworn and unwashed item. If you receive an item and need to return it, you have 28 days from the date you received it to do so.

  • Postage will only be refunded if an error causes the return on our part.
  • If an item has been worn or washed, we cannot refund or exchange it.
  • If you are returning an item, ensure that it can be resold.


Items that were damaged or faulty when received may be returned for a replacement or refund. We need to be contacted within 48 hours of receiving the goods to resolve this matter quickly and efficiently. You must keep all packaging and labels you receive with your parcel, or you may lose your right to make a claim. We will also refund the postage for damaged or faulty items if they have been shipped out.

  • Postage will only be refunded if an error causes the return on our part.
  • Used or washed items cannot be returned or exchanged.


Due to our error, duplicate or incorrect items sent to you may be returned for exchange with the correct item. We will also reimburse the return postage. If you need a returns authorization, please contact us, including all your order information.

When my postal worker attempted to deliver the package, I was not at home, so it has now been returned to the sender. What should I do now?

We include a return address with each item in case anything goes wrong. You will not receive a refund if your order is returned due to an incorrect address that you provided, or if you were not at home and did not rearrange delivery or collect it from the local post office, or if there is an issue with the local delivery service.

Please note that there is a postage charge for a new delivery attempt if you would like to have the item resent. We will happily resend the item for you at our cost if the item is returned to us due to an error on our part or a damaged label.

If you have any issues with the postal service in your area, please contact them directly. We cannot speak on your behalf.


Items can and will only be refunded to the original credit card used to purchase the item. No refunds will be issued using methods or accounts that were not associated with the original order.
