RETURN & Exchange

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return up to 30 days after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

The postage cost is non-refundable.

Problems and damages
Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item, so that we can investigate the problem and make it right.

Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item, please email us at email@newagedesignuk.co.uk and let us know what you want to exchange it for. We will reserve the items requested if we have them in stock. The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will send you the new item at no additional cost.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will let you know whether or not the refund was approved. If you are approved, your original payment method will be automatically refunded. Please keep in mind that it can take up to 10 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and mail your refund.
